$MORE staking rewards (primarily the result interest rates) are an important function in the protocol's toolset to control $MORE supply. These rewards help the protocol increase demand for $MORE alleviating a potential depeg.

Staking rewards are generated from the various fees users pay to use Stack, 50% of which are allocated to $MORE staking rewards. Staking rewards are variable and change based on the current interest rate being charged by the protocol.

Staking

Staking more couldn't be easier, just visit the "Stake" page of the site.

Staked $MORE is held as a separate token, $sMORE, which allows the holder to accrue the staking APR.

To stake $MORE, simply input how much $MORE you'd like to stake and confirm the transaction in the yellow button on the bottom.

Once the transaction completes, the user will be holding $sMORE. The $sMORE will increase daily to return the staking APY. Your staked balance (reflected in $sMORE) will display at the top of the page. Learn more about $sMORE.

Unstake

To unstake, simply return to this staking page and select the "UNSTAKE" option on the right side of the box showing the staked balance.

Enter the amount of $sMORE you'd like to unstake and complete the transaction process in your wallet.
